The EmployABILITY Showcase is an annual reverse job fair that connects individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to meaningful employment opportunities in Frederick County, Maryland.

This unique event highlights the skills, talents, and contributions of participants from Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) provider agencies, allowing job seekers to present themselves directly to employers in an inclusive and empowering environment.

The Showcase is a collaborative effort hosted by local DDA provider agencies, Frederick County Workforce Services, and the Maryland State Department of Education’s Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS). Together, these partners promote workforce inclusion, community engagement, and equitable employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

From: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m.
