Frederick County Developmental Disabilities Administration Providers and The Frederick County Chamber of Commerce have partnered to bring you the 2025 EmployABILITY Showcase and Business Forum.

This year we are adding a Business Forum to the event, hosted by the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce. The forum will run from 9:00 to 9:45 am with a friendly discussion on hiring people with disabilities and learning more about the on-the-job and behind the scenes support available to both business and the employee.

Following the forum, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, visionary business leaders and recruiters can meet directly with participants where each person will host individual booths with resumes and other tools to demonstrate their skills.

The Chamber helps further Frederick County’s business community and aid their members in achieving their goals and meeting their needs. They are supporting efforts to raise awareness about the Showcase and diversifying the workforce. They have also aided with the promotion of the Showcase and Business Forum.
